Follow Jesus

Early in the morning, Jesus stood on the shore, but the disciples did
not realize that it was Jesus.
He called out to them, "Friends, haven't you any fish?"
"No," they answered.
He said, "Throw your net on the right side of the boat and you will
find some." When they did, they were unable to haul the net in because
of the large number of fish.
John 21:4-6

This is a great example of what happens when we do something on our
own vs. when we follow Jesus. The scripture makes is sound as if the
disciples went out for a whole night fishing on their own and caught
nothing... When Jesus tells them to throw the net in the water, the
caught so much they couldn't get the net into the water... they had to
get into the water and drag it to shore!! Isn't that awesome? The
power of our Lord!
